JAY HERNE
JAY HERNECaptained the doubly successful debutant Buccaneers in 2009 leading by example. Jay, born in Australia but a British passport holder, will be doubling up with Somerset for this season


DANIEL HALSEY
DANIEL HALSEYJoins the Buccaneers from Rye House with whom he gained a 7.15 average. He did link up with Premier league side Birmingham in the early stages of last season but was replaced by the Brummies during the campaign.


MARK BASEBY
MARK BASEBYDespite carrying a niggling knee injury for much of the season Mark Baseby was a rising star of the 2009 Bournemouth season and his round 7 point average would surely have been greater had he not had to battle against the injury.


AARON BASEBY
AARON BASEBYA Buccaneer reserve in 2009 Aaron really began to show his potential in the closing months of the season and he will be looking to build on those performances. Has the ability to increase his 4.76 average further


John Resch
John ReschJohn steps into the team in his own right for 2010 after fulfilling his duties as the Buccaneers number 8 last season. John had a couple of opportunities to ride and demonstrated sufficiently that he is capable of scoring points at this level


Kyle Howarth
Kyle HowarthThis exciting youngster joins Bournemouth from Scunthorpe where he enjoyed a good debut season with the Scorpions. He was U15 runner-up last season but claimed a final round victory in the series and it was another credible performance in the U18 championship when he again finished runner-up this time behind 2009 Buccaneer Jerran Hart.


Karl Mason

Karl MasonKarl will be 24 years of age by the time the 2010 season gets into swing and he has gained considerable experience with Mildenhall, Somerset, Newport and Weymouth. Karl has represented Great Britain at U21 level
